Abstract Submission Guidelines

To submit an abstract please follow the instructions below:

1. Download Abstract Template (Word file) from the link below.

2. Fill it according to the instructions inside.
3. Submit your abstract via online submission system. Abstract file must be 10.0 MB or smaller, and have a file extension of *.doc or *.docx.

When you submit an abstract, you are asked to choose the presentation format either oral or poster. However, the final decision on the presentation format will be made by the local organizing committee. Due to the limited time slots for oral presentations, the abstracts not selected as orals will be assigned as posters.

All abstracts must be submitted by September 23, 2024.　September 30, 2024.
All applicants will receive notification of acceptance by October 31, 2024.
